Last month, we saw Nike throw in back to 1985 with the Dunk Low “Team Red”. That colorway was strikingly similar to an original Dunk Low from the “Be True To Your School” pack – a bag Nike dips into yet again here. The Swoosh dropped off the official images of a classic Nike Dunk Low in “Racer Blue”.

Much like the Dunk Low “Kentucky” from the original 1985 pack, the traditional two-tone color-blocking sees “Racer Blue” overlays atop white leather quarters. All the standard elements of a Dunk Low are here. Perforated toe boxes, thin mesh tongues, Nike branding embroidered on the heel tabs. Additionally, the insoles are left intentionally blank without any branding. Finally, a white midsole rests atop a “Racer Blue” rubber outsole to complete the sneaker.
Nike hasn’t offered an official release date set for these just yet. We expect that SNKRS and other authorized Nike retailers will release these within the coming months for $100 USD. In the meantime, have a look at the official images in the gallery above. Let us know how you’re feeling about these Dunks by voting in the poll below!
