Upon receiving your request, we will look into the shipment discrepancy, once we've determined what may have happened we will contact you within 1-3 business days. If shipped a replacement, standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your order, such as size desired being sold or item being unavailable, we will immediately notify you by email. We do not issue refunds but you will receive store credit.
