Supreme’s Latest Skate Video “Play Dead” Is Now Live

Supreme has delivered its latest skate video titled Play Dead.

The video was filmed by Supreme’s go-to skate videographer Bill Strobeck, who’s also composed Supreme’s Cherry and Blessed videos. Coming off those two features that reshaped the genre’s landscape, the brand showcases an all-Supreme case showing their skills in the streets of New York City and beyond. Play Dead features video veterans Tyshawn Jones, Troy Gipson, Sully, Sage Elsesser, Sean Pablo, Seven Strong, Nik Stain, and more. The 53-minute offering is refreshing in that it embodies what a skate video should feel like. There’s no mountain of anticipation, campaign, or competition. There’s a lightness around the crew just enjoying themselves and the editing style allows more of the skater’s personality to shine through.

To accompany the release, Supreme offers a 324-page photo book which, at the time of writing, is still available on their webstore. The official Play Dead t-shirt, on the other hand, quickly sold out.
