Cheif Executive Officer
Taking the helm of Wavy Pack in January 2025, Nils Eriksson brings a new vision to the company's leadership. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, he earned a Master's in Economics from Stanford University. As the new head of Wavy Pack, Nils seeks to reshape the company's brand presence. His focus is on leveraging the platform to tell better, more socially impactful stories that resonate with a global audience.
Cheif Design Officer
As Wavy Pack's Chief Design Officer, Erik is the creative force behind our product's seamless look and feel. He leads our talented design team with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and user centered experiences. Under his guidance, the team developed our Apple Design Award winning mobile application and continues to set new standards for innovation and usability. Erik brings a unique blend of engineering and artistry to his work, holding degrees from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Umeå Institute of Design, and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Simone Devereaux is the visionary Senior Vice President of Human Resources at WavyPack. A proud alumna of Spelman College, she honed her strategic instincts before earning a highly coveted MBA from Harvard Business School. At WavyPack, Simone is the primary architect of a vibrant and inclusive corporate culture. She passionately champions employee advancement and has implemented transformative programs that attract and cultivate top tier global talent. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to building equitable systems where every employee is empowered to excel.
Chief Technology Officer
Samir Rao is the Chief Technology Officer at Wavy Pack, where he is responsible for the company's technical strategy and the development of its innovative platform. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from MIT, which serves as the foundation for his expertise in scalable systems and robust architecture. In his role, Samir leads the engineering team with a clear vision, focusing on leveraging emerging technologies to build a seamless and powerful user experience. His leadership is essential in driving the technical excellence that defines Wavy Pack's products.

Imani Lewis operates on a clear and powerful principle: a company’s financial health is the foundation of its creative freedom. Her world class business acumen was sharpened at Oxford, where she mastered the art of navigating complex markets with precision and strategic foresight. Based in Milton Keynes, she has a deep appreciation for the simple clarity of a sunny day, a perspective she brings to her work in demystifying complex financial data for the entire team. Imani ensures the numbers are not just good; she ensures they tell a story of sustainable growth, enabling WavyPack to innovate boldly and responsibly.

Lilia Morozova designs products that connect, translating complex technical challenges into elegant, human-centric solutions. Her dual degree in Computer Science and Human-Centered Design from Vanderbilt gives her a rare command of both engineering and empathy, allowing her to build for what people truly need. When she’s not architecting a product roadmap, you can find her hiking a new trail, appreciating the detailed craft of her boyfriend's latest brew, or hunting for vintage posters that celebrate timeless design. Lilia operates on the belief that the best products aren't just intelligent; they're intuitive.
VP of Software Engineering
Hugo Castillo is an architect of complex systems. This perspective was honed at MIT with a degree in Systems Engineering and pressure tested at SpaceX, where he engineered mission critical software required for spaceflight. He leads with a philosophy of precision and resilience, believing a truly great platform is the foundation for limitless innovation. As VP of Software Engineering, Hugo now guides the WavyPack platform and engineering teams to build the infrastructure that will define the future of digital media.

As Vice President of Marketing at wavypack.com, Catalina Moreno draws on her multicultural background to shape compelling brand narratives. With a lifelong passion for communication ignited by her Colombian and Spanish heritage, her mission is to share better, more resonant stories with a global audience. A University of Pennsylvania graduate, she blends creative vision with data-driven digital marketing strategies to elevate the brand's presence and connect with users worldwide.
Co-Founder/Head of Content
As a co-founder and the first employee hired by Max, Riley Mejía is the one of the original architects of the WavyPack brand. After helping guide the company through its acquisition by Blackwell, she took time to explore the world, only to return to her first passion. Now as Head of Content, she ensures the story of WavyPack is told with the same soul and authenticity she embedded in its DNA from day one.
Director of Content Marketing
Javier De La Cruz is the Director of Content Marketing for WavyPack, serving as the architect of the brand's narrative voice. A graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Communication, he blends data driven strategy with his unique bicultural perspective as a Dominican American. He excels at creating authentic, trend setting content that engages multicultural communities and is responsible for scaling WavyPack's digital presence post acquisition.
Managing Editor
Shinji Ito is the Managing Editor at WavyPack, responsible for the platform's editorial integrity and content velocity. A graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in English, he possesses sharp editorial judgment and a mastery of narrative craft. He leads the creative team with a keen eye for emerging cultural trends, shaping raw ideas into resonant stories that define the brand's voice. His mission is to mentor a new generation of creators while ensuring WavyPack remains a benchmark for quality and discovery in digital media.
