So we get it, everyone plays by their own rules in UNO. But the minds at Mattel, the company that owns UNO, took to Twitter once again to confirm some official rules. Including the rule which states that you cannot stack a +2 card on a +2 card. Fans on Twitter didn’t take well to the rule of +2 card stacking on a +4 card not being allowed. According to the official UNO rulebook, the use of +4 or +2 card means the next player must draw and will lose a turn and the same holds true for the +2 card.
Users responded in abundance, which caused the official UNO Twitter account to delete the original post. According to users, “house rules” trump all official rules and whatever they have written in the official rulebook. The official Twitter account then reposted the Tweet once again with the added note that management confirmed the official rules. What do you guys think?
