To commemorate a century of photographic innovation since the original Leica I, the legendary camera maker has unveiled the M11-D 100 Years of Leica Anniversary Set. This exclusive release, strictly limited to 101 sets worldwide, is a masterful blend of modern engineering and vintage design that pays homage to the company’s pioneering roots.
The centerpiece is the M11-D camera, which channels the spirit of the 1925 original with a high gloss black lacquered brass top plate and nickel colored controls. In a nod to its heritage, the camera body features a clean exterior, free from any branding. The set includes two special lenses: a reissued Leitz Anastigmat-M 50 f/3.5 that mirrors the original collapsible optic, and a custom Summilux-M 50 f/1.4 ASPH. Both are finished in unique anodized nickel tones with retro design elements.
