As Nike continues to expand on its lineup of fall and winter Dunks, the Swoosh utilizes a broad array of materials to keep the silhouette fresh. The latest Dunk Lows from Nike see fleece materials take over the entirety of the sneaker in two new colorways.
Nike SB Pays Tribute to Baseball’s Boys in Blue with the Dunk Low “Dodgers”
Taking a closer look, the first colorway features black overlays on top of a maroon base layer. Hits of dark gray appear on the tongue, interior lining, and Swoosh, which stands out thanks to a black outline. A cream-tinted midsole greets a black outsole to complete the first shaggy look. In contrast, the second fleece Dunk Low opts for a bright green tint on the overlays atop a plush white base. Again, the Swoosh features an embroidered outline in a slightly darker green that also appears on the tongue and interior lining. Underneath, a white midsole rests above a green outsole. Additional details for the sneakers include brand marks on the tongue tags and insoles that get a retro overhaul with Nike’s pinwheel logo and modified script.
Nike has yet to confirm a release date for the fleece Dunk Lows. Expect them to arrive in the coming weeks via Nike and select retailers.
