2022 continues to be a huge year for Jordan Brand. It’s impossible to ignore the noise coming from the Jumpman, particularly with the iconic Air Jordan 2 silhouette. The hoops-turned-lifestyle imprint filtered the silhouette through collaborative endeavors with Union LA, Nina Chanel Abney, and A Ma Maniére, to name a few. This time around, Jordan Brand links with the Prince of Reggaeton for their second official collaboration. Presenting, the J Balvin x Air Jordan 2.
New Balance Officially Introduces the 9060 with a “Sea Salt” Colorway
Much like their first collaboration, J Balvin’s Air Jordan 2 sneaker goes all out with adventurous detailing. The eyes are instantly drawn to the cloudy patterns gracing the heel overlays and the interior linings. Further, the uppers feature multi-colored exposed stitching that divides the panels. If you look at the heels and inner tongues, you’ll notice the signature logos of the Colombian crooner. Additional details include “Air Jordan” printed on the insoles in Balvin’s font and glow-in-the-dark bottoms.
