Jordan Brand is continuing its annual tradition with another Chinese/Lunar New Year collection. Jumpman delivers a three-pack of kicks in celebration, including new iterations of the Air Jordan 1 Low, Air Jordan 6 Low, and the Legacy 312. The sneakers draw inspiration from historic Chinese ceramics produced during the Song dynasty, including the Ge Kiln porcelain of the Five Great Kilns.
Leading off is the loudest design of the bunch – the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. The sneaker features a tiger stripe pattern on the quarter panels and toebox. Orange accents complement the light cream uppers. The heel tab is also bright orange, complete with an emblazoned tiger graphic. These “Year of the Tiger” Low’s are limited to just 5,000 pairs. Next up is the Air Jordan 6 Low, featuring a light jade upper made from nubuck. Gold accents are seen throughout the sneaker, including on the Jumpman logo on the lace pouch and heel.

Lastly, we have the Jordan Legacy 312s. These high tops share a similar colorway to the aforementioned 6 Lows with light jade and gold accents. The Air Jordan Wings logo is set on the outside of the sneaker in gold, along with NIKE on the foot strap. A translucent outsole brings the sneaker to an icy finish. Additionally, the CNY collection will include t-shirts, sweaters, and a reversible black and orange bomber jacket. The Jordan Brand CNY 2022 capsule will release globally in February 2022 on the Nike website.
