Nike Uses Air Brush Detailing on the Dunk Low “Magma Orange”

A sun-soaked colorway just in time for summer.

Yet another new iteration of the Nike Dunk Low is coming in hot for summertime. The classic silhouette gets a bit of a makeover with the vibrant new Dunk Low “Magma Orange”.

Nike Shares Images of a Dunk High with Satin Overlays

The Dunk Low “Magma Orange” starts out as a simple, two-tone Dunk. Orange uppers cover pearl white toe boxes, quarters, and collars. However, the base components are airbrushed in orange at the edges. The colors bleed into the overlays and outsoles as though they’ve been soaked by the sun’s rays. Additionally, the Nike Sportswear logo appears on the tongue tab with a small about of airbrush detailing, while Nike branding on the heel tab remains unaltered. The pearl white appears clearer on the tongue and midsole before an orange outsole brings the look to a satisfying finish.

While Nike has yet to confirm an official release date, the “Magma Orange” likely arrives later this year via Nike’s website and select retailers. It’s expected to retail for $120 USD.
