In celebration of its 50th anniversary, legendary video game company Atari plans to release over 90 retro video games for modern consoles. Atari’s vast library of games spans six different consoles, including the Atari 2600, 5200, 7800, ST, Jaguar, and Lynx.

Though the full list of games has yet to be revealed, Atari confirmed there will be six brand new games inspired by some of its iconic titles. This includes a sequel to one of gaming’s first survival horror titles, 1981’s Haunted House. Diehard fans of the classic console hope games like Pitfall, Lunar Landing, and Mario Bros also appear on the compilation. Digital Eclipse, the studio behind The Disney Afternoon Collection and the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, will handle the development. Atari CEO Wade Rosen lauded Digital Eclipse’s previous remastering efforts, saying “they were always our first choice.”

But just how much could this retro collection set you back? Fortunately, for those interested, Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration will arrive later this year for $40 USD. The games will be available for all modern consoles, including the PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC. Check out the official announcement trailer in the player above.
