Widely known as the on-screen version of Ol’ Dirty Bastard in Hulu’s Wu-Tang: An American Saga, TJ Atoms is a multi-disciplinary artist. Already an acclaimed actor and recording artist, the 26-year-old creative debuts another side of him with the launch of his Parallel Worldwide clothing line.
“I created Parallel Worldwide to show that there is no box when it comes to creativity.”
Parallel Worldwide is a new contemporary label dedicated to individuality. TJ Atoms’ ascent in the fashion industry begins with a fresh collection of ready-to-wear items for both men and women. Foremost, dark denim jackets feature gold thread detailing, alongside stacked jeans with embroidered crystallized atomic decals. Another highlight item is a color-blocked racing jacket with the Parallel Worldwide logo on the front and “The World is Changing” etched across the back shoulders.

Atoms elaborated on his inspiration and vision for the brand.
“Parallel Worldwide comes from believing in a parallel universe. When I was in the trenches, I was reading books on how to get out — how to get out of my surrounding environment — and one of the narratives I came across was about parallel universes. The theory states that you can be anywhere you want and claims that you are everywhere in the universe. So we limit ourselves by solely thinking about where we are right now instead of all the places our energy can exist.”
Additional garments include two short-sleeve jackets, his and hers sweatsuits, and a limited edition “Ol’ Dirty Atoms” tee. The collection also features several accessories such as trucker hats and socks. In addition to launching the new brand, Atoms also released a new single “Potato Chips” and will appear in the upcoming Iron Mike television series.
Items in the first Parallel Worldwide collection range from $20 USD to $225 USD, available now on the brand’s website. Check out official images from the lookbook in the gallery above, or watch the campaign video below. Be sure to let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
