John Elliott and Suicoke‘s stems all the way back to 2017, and since its inception, the two put forth some amazingly season-appropriate styles from technical to lax and much more. This time around for their Fall/Winter 2021, the duo return with three new colorways for the ZAVO slides, dropping the pairs in black, navy, and “LT.Beige.”
These remind us of John Elliott’s previous take on the ZAVO. The trio feature a thick layer of sherpa fleece that encompasses the majority upper of the slide. You’ll then notice the signature webbing strap which comes decorated with Suicoke-branded metal eyelets and, of course, the signature Suikcoke tab. Subtle chrome hits throughout make this a bold yet stealthy option for the colder months ahead.
These three offer color signatures that are certainly tonal. They also feature a footbed that matches the signature hue of the slide. They also designed the footbed support system to make the slides as comfortable as possible for the wearer. Piping around the upper and heat retention material makes these some of the coziest slides for the fall, subsequently rounding out the shoe’s design — we have noticed this time around that there is no John Elliott branding to be found on this iteration.

With a retail price of $200 USD, the collaborative trio of ZAVO slides will release on October 29 and will be available from both the John Elliott online store and Suicoke’s website.
