The unexpect resurgence of the Nike Dunk came shortly after Virgil Abloh released the coveted Off-White™ collection of Nike Dunk Low’s. With that collaboration, we saw the low iteration of this sneaker. Well, the hype continues, but this time for the Nike Dunk High. We recently covered the “Pro Green” colorway set to release September 18. This time Nike re-introduces one of its most popular colorways for any sneaker with the Nike Dunk High “Michigan”. This will be the second Nike Dunk High to release in 2020.
Last released in 2016, this sneaker returns in full force with a “Varsity Maize” and “Midnight Navy” colored upper. We find “Varsity Maize” on the toe boxes, quarter panels, collars and tongues all feature white, while “Midnight Navy sits on the mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes and collar flaps. The tongue tag also features these two colors. This all sits atop white midsoles and navy outsoles.
The Nike Dunk High “Michigan” will release via the Nike SNKRS and authorized Nike stocklist on September 26, priced at $120. You can view detailed images in the gallery above. Lastly, for sneaker news, check out our list of The Top 10 Best Nike SB Dunks Of All Time.
