If you’ve been a sneaker collector, then the resurgence of the Nike Dunk may rub you the wrong way. Because to you, they never “went away”. Well, this year the Nike Dunk High makes its 2020 re-introduction with a “Pro Green” colorway. We’ve seen a few Dunk Low’s drop this year with the “St. Johns” and “Syracuse” and the “Community Garden” but the “Pro Green” serves as the first Dunk High release this year and a slew of releases rumored to drop in 2021.
The shoe is simplistic, featuring a white- and green-colored upper, similar to the “Pine Green” Nike Dunk High’s that dropped in 2008. With a few differences. For starters, the shade of green is much darker on this pair. The toe boxes, quarter panels, collars and tongues all feature white, while dark green hue sits on the mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes and collar flaps. We find this same hit of green on the tongue tag. Nike rounds off the look with white midsoles and green outsoles.
The Nike Dunk High “Pro Green” will release via the Nike SNKRS and authorized Nike stocklist on September 18, priced at $110. You can view detailed images in the gallery above. Lastly, for sneaker news, Could These Be the Upcoming Air Jordan 1 High OG “Dark Mocha”?
