The Pl House built by Benjamin Goñi Arquitectos and Claro + Westendarp Arquitectos, sits on coastal line in Huentaleuquen Chile and faces north with a beautiful view of the sea. This gives the home optimal views. Which permit breathtaking views in any direction or orientation in the home (which is exceptionally uncommon in Chile).

The unique design of the house speaks to its originality. Its structural integrity relies on two perpendicular volumes that cover the longer sides of the home. The layout of the common spaces open up facing the glorious waterfront view with closure from the wind that blows from the south. Furthermore, the bedrooms perpendicular to this are located to the east of the home. These rooms get to take advantage of the blissful morning light.

So the common spaces are designed as a single large space. As a result, the kitchen, dining room, living room and family room, and are differentiated by diverse heights. With a minimally designed stone wall that makes the use of the living room independent. In addition, towards the sea there is a terrace that links all these spaces and is secured with a mobile glass system. You can take a look at the detailed images in the gallery above. Lastly, in other related news, The LR2 House by Montalba Architects is a Structural Masterpiece.
