A subtle remix of a classic.

Nike continues to cook up fresh batches of the iconic Dunk Low model and we move forward in 2023. With several colorways already rumored to hit shelves in the coming weeks – including the Year of the Rabbit Pack – Nike adds a remix of a classic to the lineup. Presenting, a preview of the Nike Dunk Low “Kentucky Alternate” colorway.

This iteration of the Dunk Low takes design cues from the classic “Kentucky” colorway from 1985’s “Be True to Your School” pack. Here, Nike swaps the traditional white tint for light grey on the perforated toe boxes, quarter panels, and collars. In comparison to the original, a lighter blue tone adorns the overlays, laces, and heel tabs. Swooshes, however, come in white with a reflective finish, while standard nylon tongues display Nike branding. Finally, a white midsole meets a matching blue rubber outsole to complete the remixed design.
