According to the NBA, with more than 3 million votes apiece, Lebron James and Nets forward Kevin Durant are now leading the All-Star voting for the Western and Eastern conferences, respectively. Stephen Curry and Kyrie Irving, who are leading the polls for the guard positions, are in third place behind James and Durant.

Following Team LeBron’s narrow 163-160 victory over Team Durant in last year’s All-Star game. It appears like James and Durant are on track to take the top spots in their respective conferences once again based on the early returns.
The MVP frontcourt race leader Nikola Jokić (Western) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (Eastern) as well as guards Luka Dončić (Western) and Donovan Mitchell (Eastern) who all just shattered their respective franchise records for points are the runners-up in each conference.
NBA players and a media panel each receive 25% of the vote to choose the starters for the 2023 NBA All-Star Game, with the remaining 50% of the vote coming from fan nominations.
