Foremost, the street view emphasizes clean horizontals, particularly seen in the driveway paving and entry steps. Shades of desert sand and stone colors are seen in the brown porcelain exterior siding, topped with pale stucco. The central living space design forms a theatrical proscenium, framing the desert-scape scene of mountains, trees, and sky. Further, an all-white chef’s kitchen, built-in bar, and dining table are open to the seating area and fireplace, as well as a custom marble wine storage alcove. Additionally, clerestory windows at the roofline are an essential design element. The master suite’s warm walnut floors, ceiling, and cabinetry complement a chocolate-covered wall treatment. Three guest suites feature private patios accessed via a private entrance at the front gate.

Consistent flooring creates a seamless transition to the outside leading us to a pond courtyard and a trio of fountains with a glorious mountain backdrop. Finally, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with fireplace seating allows for cooking and entertaining beneath the never-ending sky.
