Set to SAULT’s “Bitter Streets,” the brief teaser features plenty of iconic references to the series’ first three seasons. This includes an ostrich egg and piano with multi-colored keys from the legendary “Teddy Perkins” episode, as well as a psychedelic alligator referencing Katt Williams’ iconic performance as the Alligator Man in season two. There’s also an invisible car and cameo from the annoying blogger Zen from season one. The surrealist teaser shows the main cast walking away from a convenience store just before they sink into the floor.
The final season of Atlanta will premiere on FX in September, available to stream the next day on Hulu. You can check out the first teaser in the player above. As always, let us know your thoughts in the comments section below! What are your expectations for the final season?
