eBay x Nike Dunk Low

It’s official – the resurrection of the eBay x Nike Dunk Low. Back in 2003, eBay and Nike crafted just three pairs of the now iconic Dunk Low. The original sample was auctioned for close to $30,000 USD, with the winner taking home a pair in their size. The sample was then cut into four parts, while the third pair was a retirement gift to the father of Nike SB, Sandy Bodecker. At long last, sneakerheads everywhere will have a chance to get their hands on one of the most legendary shoes of all time.

The Swoosh gets creative for the updated version of the eBay x Nike Dunk Low. The sneaker retains the original model’s colors – eBay’s signature red, blue, yellow, and green primary hues. Red appears on the tongue tag, outsole, and heel panel, while green graces the eyestays and interior lining. Next, yellow splashes the mudguard, and blue covers the laces, Swoosh, and heel branding. Nike uses white on the leather base and collars, mesh tongues, and rubber midsole. Further, Nike honors the sliced original sample by adding translucent strips that separate sections of the shoe.

The updated eBay x Nike Dunk Low should arrive sometime later this year. We’ll keep you updated with additional details from Nike as they are made available. In the meantime, check out the first-look image in the gallery above. Be sure to leave a rating for this sneaker in the poll below!
