After announcing their partnership back in May, Uber and Arrival official unveil the Arrival Car, a collaborative EV designed specifically for ridesharing.

Designed with functionality and comfort at the forefront. The Arrival Car features a simplistic design, almost as if it’s inspired by a minivan with a modern take. The Arrival Car has a windshield that extends upwards to cover the length of the roof. Which gives the rider a far more relaxed commute and riding experience. While the box-like rear for luggage houses enough space for two large suitcases and two middle-sized ones.

A majority of the focus goes into the interior, with a cabin thats far roomier for drivers who’ll spend hours inside the vehicle but also for passengers at the rear for those shorter trips. Even though the Arrival Car shares a similar footprint as the Volkswagen Golf, it actually boasts more legroom than London’s Black Cab’s. You can fold down the front passenger seat as well if you need even more space for the cabin behind. On the driver’s side, there’s also a large 13-inch display on the dashboard to keep things efficient and simplistic while offering a wide range of functionality.

With production aimed for 2023, there’s still a lot we don’t know. Such as the battery capacity, range, its power, and of course, its price tag. We’re sure Arrival and Uber will certainly release more information in the coming months. For now, you can take a detailed look at video above.
