For 2021 Jordan Brand is teaming up with several Jordan Brand sponsored universitys to drop exclusive makeups of the Air Jordan 5. You’ve likely seen a few of these collaborations such as the UNC Tar Heels, Florida Gators, Oklahoma Sooners and the Marquette Golden Eagles. Today, we’re back to the way things should be as Jordan Brand releases new colorways of the Air Jordan 5 this spring. With the first release being the Air Jordan 5 “Stealth 2.0”.
Seth Rogen’s ‘Houseplant’ Finally Launches in U.S.
Many OG sneaker fans remember the original AJ 5 “Stealth” that dropped back in 2006. This time around we have a few modern twists that give this shoe its own identity. It all starts with a clean white, premium tumbled leather paired with frosted translucent mid-foot netting. This model varies from its predecessor that released 15 years ago as the previous model opted for smother leathers. The style on the tongues remain the same, as the both used “Stealth” and “Hyper Blue” hues.
This all sits atop a clean midsole which features dark gray, and stealthy black used on the signature jet fighter inspired teeth. This is another difference from its predecessor which filled in this area with blue. To round off the look, Jordan Brand adds icy blue outsoles.
