Stüssy and Nike Sportswear gear up to release a dope hemp-covered Air Force 1 “Fossil Stone” and already you can feel the buzz around these. Nike and Stüssy have been making the most of 2020. We first received Air Zoom Spiridon Cage 2s in April, with a third colorway that dropped later that same month. We then received in July two iterations of the Air Zoom Kukini and Benassi slide. Now as the summer comes to an end and the heat gives way to cooler temperatures. Stüssy and Nike continue with California beachfront vibes but on a much sturdier shoe.

The shoe features a soft tan upper constructed “Fossil Stone” hemp. Even though the shoe consists of this material throughout. We get nice details to set the shoe apart. For instance, the Swooshes feature a two-part embroidered build that comes right down the middle. Furthermore, the toe boxes utilizes the Stüssy’s double S logo. Which is Stüssy’s take on Chanel‘s interlocking C logo.

The sneaker also features white tongue tags and bone colored laces that give the monochromatic sneaker a nice touch of contrast. On the tags we find a bit of branding. Starting with Shawn Stussy‘s hand-scrawled signature that sits above a small Swoosh along with the International Stüssy Tribe-approved cities. This all sits atop a bone-colored midsoles and outsoles round off the look.

We don’t have any release information regarding this sneaker but as soon as we figure out more about the Nike x Stüssy “Fossil Stone” Air Force 1. We’ll be sure to inform our readers. From what we do know they’ll drop this holiday season alongside a black AF1 collaboration. Lastly, for more sneaker news, Nike Releases Official Images of the Air Jordan 1 High “Bio Hack”.
