Hyundai has officially pulled the covers off the IONIQ 6 N at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, introducing its second all electric high performance model. Following the success of the IONIQ 5 N, this new sleek sedan pushes the brand’s performance credentials further into the electric era. The car delivers an astonishing 640 horsepower and 567 lb ft of torque, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds and achieve a top speed of 160 mph.

This new model is a thorough embodiment of Hyundai’s “N” philosophy, which balances the concepts of a “Corner Rascal, Racetrack Capability and Everyday Sportscar.” To achieve this, engineers fully reengineered the suspension geometry and incorporated advanced stroke sensing ECS dampers. A new battery management system is also included, optimized for delivering consistent power under demanding track conditions.

Aerodynamics are central to the IONIQ 6 N’s design, featuring widened fenders for a more aggressive stance and a distinctive swan neck rear wing for significant downforce. Inside, the driver focused cockpit introduces unique features like N e Shift, which simulates the feel of gear changes, and N Active Sound+, offering selectable sound profiles for a more engaging driving experience.

Showcased in a bespoke Performance Blue Pearl finish, the IONIQ 6 N made a dynamic debut during the “N Moment” on July 10. The car stormed up the famous Goodwood Hillclimb, solidifying Hyundai’s growing reputation in the competitive performance EV market.
