Late last year, Salehe Bembury released one of the most sought-after footwear drops with his collaboration Crocs Pollex Clog. Following his assemblage of 574s with New Balance, the luxury streetwear designer is ready to break the internet once again by revisiting his partnership with Crocs.
Frank Ocean Rumored to be “Shopping” His New Album
Bembury took to social media early on Monday to preview the upcoming drop with creative videos. Based on the footage, it appears the launch will include the “Urchin,” “Crocodile,” and “Spackle” colorways that he’s been teasing for a few months. The molding of each pair mimics Bembury’s signature fingerprint-inspired pattern throughout the base. The Pollex Clogs feature both “Crocs” and “Salehe Bembury” branding on the rear side. Further, it’s likely each pair will also come with interchangeable straps.
We’re still awaiting official release information and images of the three upcoming Crocs Pollex Clog colorways. It’s important to note Bembury’s first drop with Crocs was released via raffle for $85 USD, so it’s likely we’ll see a similar strategy this time around. We’ll be sure to keep you in the loop as additional information surfaces in the coming weeks.
