Brooklyn skate shop KCDC celebrates its 20th Anniversary this year. What better way to commemorate the occasion than with a collaborative Dunk High with Nike SB. Though the sneaker was first teased in July 2021, we now have official images courtesy of Nike.
Nike Delivers Official Images of the Dunk High “I Got Next”
KCDC’s take on the Dunk High features a bubblegum pink suede base with a softer shade used on the overlays. The accent pieces – double-stacked leather Swooshes, interior lining, and laces – utilize black to contrast the bright uppers. Further, “KCDC 2001” appears on the heel pull tabs and co-branded tongue tags. The addition of an all-black midsole and heel pull tabs make the sneaker feel a bit inspired by Doc Martens. Additional details include extra laces and playful graphics on mismatching pink and green insoles.
Be on the lookout for the KCDC x Nike SB Dunk High “20th Anniversary” to release at local skate shops on April 30th. In the meantime, take a second to peruse the official images in the gallery above. As always, be sure to let us know your thoughts in the poll below!
