Studio Ghibli just released the lineup for its 2022 Ghibli Fest, one of our favorite times of the year as we see classic titles return to North American theaters.
Beginning in April and spreading all throughout the remainder of the year until November, fans can catch their favorite titles such as Princess Mononoke (25th Anniversary), Ponyo, The Cat Returns (2oth Anniversary), Kiki’s Delivery Service, Only Yesterday, Howl’s Moving Castle and Spirited Away in either English dubs or English subs.

Although, it’s not just the 2022 Ghibli Fest that’s catching all the attention. As the beloved studio will probably prepare, what may be Hayao Miyazaki‘s final film, How Do You Live? Based on Genzaburo Yoshino’s novel of the same name, the 1937 title follows a young boy from Tokyo who deals with the recent loss of his father and is supposedly Miyazaki’s favorite book from “childhood.”
