Tom Sachs took to social media to announce the release of his latest furniture website dedicated to showcasing interesting and modern new household items dubbed Tom Sachs Furniture. For the release of the new site, the established artist unveiled the Shop Lounge Chair in a natural wood finish. The maple plywood chair arrives put together and features nicely fitted flex-mounts and stainless steel screws.
Regarding the measurements, the chair starts at 26 by 25.625 by 23 inches. Each chair features an engraved plate and is individually numbered. You can purchase the chair as an open edition yet still limited to small batches. “We reserve the right to close the edition at any time, and cannot hold or guarantee stock for a future date,” a disclaimer states on the website.
