After teasing the feature earlier, Sony has finally provided more information regarding the PlayStation 5‘s new Media space. The good news is, it will come with its own Media Remote which will feature dedicated controls. According to Sony, all media apps will move from the PlayStation Store to this new space. The best part is, the PS5 will support the following services at launch. Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, Spotify, Twitch and YouTube. Amazon Prime Video, MyCanal, Hulu, and CruncyRoll will all make their way over.
We’re excited to see how this all comes together for a uniform media experience. We will give our thoughts on the Sony PlayStation 5 when our unit arrives.
