Today we get another single from Eryn Martin. She’s becoming one of our favorite up-and-coming stars. Her unique style and tone set her apart from the other artist. But it’s her delivery that keeps you. Eryn carries herself in a manner that gives her a carefree perception. Seemingly, nothing fazes her, and this attitude permeates into her music. “Namesez is such a fun track for me, my friend R2 who produced this track is Brazilian and creates a lot of Brazilian Funk music. When we tried to mix my style of vocals over his production we were so shocked and amazed at how different this sound was. It inspired the whole idea for the song which is about breaking boundaries and not sticking to the same styles and genres.”
For her latest single “Namesez” the Canadian singer takes an original route. Opting for a brighter sonic palette this time. The record features island-like instrumentation and vibrant production. Which typically features a darker undertone sonically. She also recently inked a deal with Cinematic Music Group. The same indie label that signed Mick Jenkins.
