Japanese record store WAVE recently tapped legacy audio maker Technics for a new capsule of graphic tee’s. The capsule features T-shirts and long-sleeves. An iPhone 11 case, a hat and last, a clean black slip mat for an SL-1200 turntable. You’ll find “Technics” and “WAVE” branding throughout each piece. The logo sits nicely on all three T-shirts, matched with a tiny box logo sporting “WAVE” at the bottom. In comparison, the long-sleeves feature similar prints, but with the addition of a brief description of the store placed at the upper left chest.
Both the iPhone 11 come in black, likely to match the same shade as the collectible slip mat. The WAVE and Technics’ capsule drops on June 24 on WAVE’s website and a dedicated pop-up store on the second floor of Shibuya PARCO, ranging from $28 – $75 USD.
