The 93rd Academy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night, without a host for the third straight year.

Leading this year’s nominations is Mank with 10 nods, followed by The Father, Judas and the Black Messiah, Minari, Nomadland, Sound of Metal and The Trial of the Chicago 7 with six each. Chloé Zhao has already made history by becoming the first woman of Asian descent and second woman overall to win Best Director, while Daniel Kaluuya won his first award for Best Supporting Actor.
