Linkin Park have officially announced that they will be returning to Australia for the first time in over a decade. The band, featuring co-founder Mike Shinoda and new vocalist Emily Armstrong, took to social media today, August 11, to reveal a three-date arena tour scheduled for March of next year as part of their ongoing ‘From Zero’ world tour.
This new chapter for Linkin Park has been met with both excitement and emotion from their dedicated global fanbase. While some were initially divided about the band continuing after the tragic death of frontman Chester Bennington, the new lineup has been embraced as they’ve embarked on their comeback. Mike Shinoda has explained that this version of the band is “not about erasing the past,” but about honoring the legacy while forging a new path. The band has been performing a mix of new material and beloved classics on their recent tour dates.

The final announced show is scheduled for March 14 in Sydney at the Qudos Bank Arena. It is currently unknown if more dates will be added.
