It’s here, we have an official trailer for Season 2 of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Dubbed “Yukaku-hen,” the new season serves as a direct sequel to the anime’s record-setting movie Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Train and will be an adaptation of the manga’s “Yukaku” arc.
‘My Hero Academia’ Announce Official Release Date For Season Five
The trailer comes in at just over a minute-long and gives us a quick look at a few new characters. According to an official press release, much of the new season will take place around the Edo-period Yoshiwara district where “the lust and charms of men and women swirl in a storm of love and hate.” Ufotable will take the helm on the animation production, while the main cast from the first season will be returning. Without giving away too much, the trailer shows a mysterious new female character who might play a significant role in the upcoming season.
