We enjoy Chinese New Year for so many reasons, and around this time of year Nike releases several interesting colorways to give the season its well-deserved recognition. This year the sportswear giant treats fans to a wide range of new footwear, starting with the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Year of the Tiger” which we now have official images of.

It all starts with a handful of striking details that are both vivid and relevant to Chinese culture. If you remember the Travis Scott Nike Air Force 1 collaboration, the uppers of this rendition come crafted in a similar white canvas material. We also receive golden yellow and black tiger-striped Swooshes. Rather than feature the traditional Nike Air branding on the tongues, you’ll find a unique “T” logo. Furthermore, the lateral heels are embroidered with a detailed image of a tiger. The interior liners feature with a cherry red hue while bright orange finishes sit neatly on the heels and treading.
We don’t have an official release date for these just yet, but you can likely expect Nike to drop these in the coming weeks ahead of Lunar New Year.
